Doxygen
I use Doxygen to generate API documentation from source code and specially-formatted comments. Right now this includes documentation for the public interfaces.
Documentation Bundled with Downloads
This documentation is also bundled in the downloads with both the prebuilt Windows and Linux rpm. If you download the source you can also build it yourself using Doxygen.
